“Casa da Alice”, a 10 minuti dal centro di Lucca, è uno dei 4 confortevoli e luminosi appartamenti indipendenti , che fanno parte della “Dimora Frediani”.
Sono stati ricavati da un vecchio cascinale, completamente ristrutturato.
“Casa da Adriano ” , “Casa da Mirella” , “Casa da Giulio” , possono essere ricercati su questo sito. A poca distanza dal cascinale, si trova la bella piscina interrata “a sfioro” con acqua salata di mt. 12 x 6 , in uso condiviso con gli altri appartamenti.
Lo spazio
L’appartamento è SANIFICATO CON OZONO ad ogni cambio ospite, è ubicato al primo piano ed è composto da :
– soggiorno con comodo divano letto e TV con canali internazionali;
– cucina/ soggiorno attrezzata con tutto il necessario (lavastoviglie, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, bollitore, frigo congelatore, ferro da stiro ecc.);
– Ampio Ripostiglio;
– Bagno con ampio box doccia
– Camera matrimoniale (con grande letto 1,60 x 2 mt);
– Camera con 2 letti singoli (a richiesta possono diventare un letto matrimoniale);
– Zona con lavatrice e lavatoio;
– Zona Barbecue
Al piano terra è riservato uno spazio indipendente attrezzato con ombrellone per poter mangiare o rilassarsi all’esterno.
Gli ambienti interni sono comodi, luminosi e ben attrezzati, dotati di finestre con zanzariere, aria condizionata ovunque e connessione internet wi-fi in tutta la resede, compresa la piscina.
La Piscina completamente piastrellata in travertino, è immersa in un prato verde circondato da piante di oleandri. Si trova a 50 metri dalla casa, ha una profondità di 1,40cm ed è attrezzata con sdraio, gazebo, lettini e docce solari con acqua calda.
All’interno della resede é presente un ampio parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti.

The accommodation and hospitality is superb! They have thought of everything. Roberto and his family are the loveliest people who made our stay so relaxing. The kids highlight was the swimming pool and even I (who doesn’t normally swim ) loved this pool! There is great pizza shop and a supermarket close by which we walked too. There is air conditioning in the living and bedrooms. Everything appeared to be brand new. We where a family of 2 adults and 4 kids travelling without a car and arrived tired in 36oC heat from Venice. However, we left after three nights here, relaxed and refreshed, ready to hit the tourist sights again! We would stay here again!
The photos don’t do this place justice! It is one of 4 apartments in a beautiful new building. Everything is clean and new. Kitchen fully functional with American coffee pot even. Outdoor patio and BBQ. Great washer. AC in all rooms. Great for families. It is 9km from Lucca (in S. Leonardo Di Treponzio) so a car is very helpful. There is a supermarket within walking distance. The pool is a huge bonus in the summer although the mosquitoes were really bad. The beds were a bit too firm (only negative). Plenty of space for kids to roam. Owner lives on property so very responsive by text but not instructive. This would be a great place for multiple families on holiday together. Ask about a bike tour!!
This place is simply perfect in every way, we couldn’t have asked for more. Superb location, amenities and hospitality.
WoW, wat een mooie accommodatie! Het is een prachtig erf, mooi onderhouden en ruimtelijk. Groot, prachtig en súper schoon zwembad. ( er staat een kast met bal, zwembanden, vleugeltjes etc, kwamen wij de laatste dag achter 😉 ) We waren de enige gasten en zaten uiteindelijk in een ander appartement (mochten we kiezen) op de begane grond, met heerlijk terras. We werden gastvrij ontvangen, de accommodatie heeft echt alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijne harde bedden, echt súper schoon en clean. Heerlijke handdoeken, fijne douche etc etc. Dicht bij Lucca, prachtige stad! Eetgelegenheden en supermarkt om de hoek. Airco werkt perfect, WiFi werkt goed. Overal horretjes voor de muggen. Alleen maar lof! In werkelijkheid is het veel fijner dan de foto’s laten zien. We hebben echt onwijs genoten!
A great place for a holiday. We had awasome time there. The apartment is great for a 2+2 family, the kitchen is well equipped, although the knives could be sharper 😉 The pool allows you to have great fun with kids. Nearby is a very good pizzeria and supermarket and some good restaurants. Roberto is a great host, super organized and very helpful. I simply recommend.
The apartment is clean, well furnished, spacious and located in a safe neighbourhood. The pool was something we much looked forward to after day trips or even first thing in the morning! The location is convenient for day trips to Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terre, Pisa or the seaside. It’s a complex of 6 apartments but the public area is large enough to not be in each other’s way. Facilities like a gas BBQ, beach towels, badminton area, trampoline and pool lounge chairs make this accommodation that extra comfortable.
La nostra vacanza alla “casa di Alice” è stata perfetta! un mix fra visite di città d’arte e relax. La casa è bellissima e dotata di tutto il necessario, l’accoglienza è stata calorosa! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare, magari in estate, e sfruttare di piu la bellissima piscina.
