“House of Alice” is 10 minutes from the center of Lucca and is composed of 4 comfortable bright independent apartments that are a part of “Residence Frediani”.

They were recovered from an old rustic farm building completely restored in 2018.

The property is completely fenced off, that is accessible by an automatic remotely controlled gate.

A short distance from the apartments you will find an inground salt water  swimming pool with dimensions 12×6 mt, depth 140 cms that is in shared use with the other apartments.

The apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by an external staircase and it can accommodate up to 6 people.

The apartments are all disinfected with OZONE after every client change.

COMPOSED OF:

• comfortable living area with a double sofa bed and a tv with the international channels
• fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary (dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, etc…)
• large storage area
• bathroom with large box shower
• master bedroom with a bed measuring 1,60×2 mt
• bedroom with single beds (that on request can be made to a double)
• laundry room with sink and washing machine

The comfortable well lit fully equipped internal environment is completely air conditioned through out and full mosquito protection. The Wi-Fi covers the whole property including the swimming pool.The tiled inground salt water swimming pool can be found immersed in a beautiful green lawn and surrounded by oleander plants only 50 mt from the apartments. The swimming pool’s depth is 140 cm and has 2 solar powered showers with hot water. Each apartment has its own private reserved gazebo and sunbeds.

Also, on the property there is a playground for children with toys and large private parking area for guests.

 

 

Villa Tommaso and Giulia are only 10 minutes from the centre of Lucca by car.

The residence is in a beautiful liberty style, immersed in a green area, surrounded by secure walls and fences. Completely restored in 2018 it also has a secure fenced off beautiful inground salt water swimming pool surrounded by Oleander plants with dimensions of 12×6 mt and a depth of 140 cm.

The inground salt water swimming pool is equipped with sun beds, gazebo and solar powers showers with hot water immersed in a green lawn and surrounded by plants .

Inside the courtyard it has a large secure private parking area.

The villa is sanitized with Ozone between each client change.

It has two entrances, one on the ground floor, which has a living area with satellite TV and a double sofa bed, the other apartment on the first floor has a large stair that leads to a spacious living area that gives fantastic views of the swimming pool.

Composition of the Villa:

• 2 fully equipped kitchens on different floors (dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, etc…).

The ground floor kitchen has direct access to a terraced area with tables, chairs, gazebo and barbecue.

The other kitchen is on the first floor.

• 2 living rooms (TV with international channels, double sofa bed) The ground floor apartment has its own garden; the other living room is on the first floor.
• 4 bathrooms (with large box shower)
• 4 master bedrooms, 2 are en-suite
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (on request can be made into a double)
• Private garden about 800 sqm and a large shared green area
• Barbecue

The internal areas are comfortable, well lit and bright, very well equipped, fully air conditioned and complete Wi-Fi cover in the whole residence, including garden and swimming pool.

Using the internal secure door, the Villa can be divided into two completely independent apartments.

 

ACCESS FOT GUESTS

The Villa has an exclusive garden that is split into two zones, (private, public) that one can eat and relax.

The veranda has a gazebo where you can find tables, chairs and barbecue perfect for lunch and dinner. In the client’s private area there are also sunbeds.

The guests have full access to the parking area and swimming pool area which is fully fenced. Shared with the other guests there is also a children’s play area with toys.

 

Other things to take note of:

500 Mt from the Villa you can find Supermarket (Conad), Chemist, Pizzeria (also take away), Bar, News agent, bakers, bank and other services.
