Dimora Frediani
Situated in the countryside 10 minutes by car from the center of the historical city of Lucca. Residence Frediani is surrounded by the beautiful rolling hills and olive plantations and the pine trees of Tuscany. The size of the residence guarantees freedom and comfort to guests in a geographical position in the countryside, that offers a quiet reserved ambience. At the same time convenient because it’s very close to all services (Supermarket, bar, chemist, Pizzeria (also take away), Restaurant, News agent, Bus stop, etc…).
The structure is a Villa in Liberty style of an old farmhouse, it has been completely restored in 2018 maintaining its original character.
On request it’s possible to rent the entire complex (maximum capacity 36 people)
THE BUILDING
FARMHOUSE
Inside the farmhouse there are 4 apartments (70 sqm each). Adriano and Mirella are on the ground floor, Alice and Giulio are on the first floor.
The Villa
The Villa Tommaso and Giulia dimensions are 240 sqm that can accommodate up to 12 people, that is surrounded by a well-manicured welcoming garden.
THE SWIMMING POOL
The salted water swimming pools dimensions are 6×12 Mt and a depth of 140 cm. Each apartment has its own reserved umbrella and sun beds.
