House of Tommaso

House of Tommaso is located inside the Villa “Tommaso e Giulia”,

only 10 minutes from the centre of Lucca by car.

The residence is in a beautiful liberty style, immersed in a green area, surrounded by secure walls and fences. Completely restored in 2018 it also has a secure fenced off beautiful inground salt water swimming pool surrounded by Oleander plants with dimensions of 12×6 mt and a depth of 140 cm.

The inground salt water swimming pool is equipped with sun beds, gazebo and solar powers showers with hot water immersed in a green lawn and surrounded by plants . Inside the courtyard it has a large secure private parking area.

The House of Tommaso is sanitized with Ozone between each client change.

It is located on the 1st floor accessible by a large internal staircase where there is a kitchen and a living room that enjoy an excellent view of the swimming pool.

Composition:

• 1 fully equipped kitchens (dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board, etc…).
• 1 living rooms with sofà (TV with international channels).
• 2 bathrooms with large box shower ( 1 is en-suit)
• 2 master bedrooms,
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (on request can be made into a double)
• gazebo with barbecue where one can eat and relax.

The internal areas are comfortable, well lit and bright, very well equipped, fully air conditioned and complete Wi-Fi cover in the whole residence, including garden and swimming pool.
